Adrian's Beauty College

i attended adrians and it was horrible. i only liked one teacher there that whole time and she had to leave for a few months because students werent listening to her. the only time the "supervisors" would talk to you is if you owe them money. if not they didnt care about you.i was promised that they would help me with finding a place to work and i havent recieved a call or anything. it has been 5 months that i have graduated. i took my state board test in august and i wasnt able to recieve my license because my proof of training was never sent. so i was going back and forth with the school and state board trying to get my license. adrians said they sent it 3 times but state board never got it. i faxed it over once and state board got it. so adrians was bascially lying to me. i ended waiting 2 months for my license to finally come in. NO THANKS TO ADRIANS! the whole school is very unorganized and should be ashamed of themselves for calling them a school. pivot point is just a waste of money dont even fall for it. its all common sense and you wont use half of that info in your life. im not the only one whos had problems with this school. they are constantly getting rid of the staff. even the head supervisor fired her daughter and prolly her son too. maybe it was because she found out that he was doing things with a student. one of the teachers i had was so rude. she wrote me up over something that wasnt even my fault. she didnt even let me tell my side of the story. it was so unfair. and not to mention she constantly embarrassed students there. i wouldnt tell anyone to attend there. it is horrible. state board needs to close that school down A.S.A.P!!!!!!
I had my first and will be my last visit to any beauty college ever! First off, the prices are about as expensive as any beauty parlor. $20 for a french tip pedicure and over $50 for facials... from students. I went in for a pedicure and ended up waiting for over a half hour before I got called back. They claim the instructors supervise the students however only 1 came by once during my treatment. About a week afterwards, all my toenails turned white and started peeling all over the nail bed because the student buffed the nail beds down way to much. 8 months later, my toenails still haven't grown all the way out yet and still look extremely ugly. Note to Self: Never be a beauty school guinea pig again!
