I've been getting massages here for several years now. It's a luxury spa which means they're a treat, but they have deals almost every month. The best deal is 50% off on your birthday month. I always take advantage of that! The best part about this spa is that they're open late. I've only taken one or two classes there and it's intense.

I love their core fusion classes and plan on trying the yoga ones soon, but the facial I got seemed no better than me doing it myself at home. That being said, the locker rooms are very well kept and the steam room is a definite plus!
Easily one of the best spas in Boston. Which one is actually "the best" is difficult to say at this level, but definitely worth a trip for any spa aficionado worth her (bath) salt.
I am beyond disappointed in Exhale Back Bay. My husband made a same day appointment for me as a surprise (very sweet) and an hour later my 3 month old baby started vomiting and has been screaming and super sick... I'm thinking it is the stomach flu that has been going around. I called to explain my situation and wanted to either get a credit or reschedule my appointment (which was 2 hours from the call) and they were not accommodating at all. I even asked to speak with the manager who was of no help and actually hung up on me without saying goodbye (talk about horrible customer service). They said they are going to charge me for a situation that is out of my control and they were not willing to reschedule my appointment nor refund me. Do not book with Exhale Bay Bay. I have been an Exhale member for 2 years and have probably spent well over $10K and have brought them thousands of dollars of business with my client events. The fact that they would treat someone this way who has been nothing but a great customer, has never missed an appointment and who has referred so many people is beyond me. You would think that they would be understanding of a sick baby that is out of someones control - but no. I hope the $130 was worth it for them, because I will be taking my business elsewhere. Go to Bella Sante. Much better treatments, love the environment and VERY KIND staff... A place that knows how to treat their good customers. Note to the staff: Have some compassion for your clients. Some things are beyond people's control and you attract more bees with honey. I spoke to you in an honest, genuine, kind manner and to get hung up on and charged for something that is out of my control is mind boggling and disgusting. For that alone I will not be returning.
