Casey Arc

My daughter has swimming lessons there and the teachers and staff are friendly and nice. The cost for the lessons however i find a bit overpriced and also do direct debits during holiday season even if they don't go. The food is pretty cheap and all age can enjoy. The pool is dirty at times with children urinating in it, hair and other bits of bacteria. The lessons are great, the teachers are extremely welcoming, enthusiastic and very nice. The teaching is very good as my daughter now knows how to swim!
I booked my daughter for swimming lesson on 21 st January for next Monday that was 26th January when i called on 23 rd for reconfirmation for lesson the staff on the phone was clearly said that we are not going to refund your Money, We do not care if the information is not given to you by The staff member Josh, This is purely a theft from the Casey Arc,they purely after the money and it doesn't bother them if customer is getting for they pay for or not.Customer service they provide is the worst. Just hated it.
I'm surprised at all these bad reviews. I used to go to the gym (years ago) and now only use the aquatic facilities, and both kinds of facilities seem great to me. Everything looks nicely maintained, and though it's not like I've been to a lot of other swimming centres to compare, the pools seem clean enough to me (and I'm a pretty clean person). I love all the water facilities. The staff, too, are always nice and willing to help whenever you have an inquiry. I find the membership pricing a little high (and it rises every year!) but it does include free locker hire. Sure, the showers aren't the cleanest, but I wouldn't expect anything else from a public facility. A new complaint I do have is the increase in the hours of reduced lap lane availability, because of more lessons happening, but I suppose there's not too much the place can do about that - except keep member prices down to compensate, which they don't have any intention of doing lol. I don't know if there are perfect, bigger, inexpensive places around that totally trump this one, but I recommend it.
Terrible service and over charged on a student and refuse to re-embers. No communication from reception staff or management. I would truly recommend to go to another gym.
We go there because it's convenient. Certainly far from the best public pool in Metro Melbourne and Only marginly better than the Cranbourne. Over regulated and indifferent staff. Terrible Kiosk - 35 minutes to get 2 bags of chips; and i hate the 2 half size pools - get rid of the platform and have one 50 mtr pool; waited at the membership window for 5 minutes and a staff member came over to get a new roll of paper for the EFTpos machine and didn't even acknowledge me with a "Be with you in a moment" or similar. Terrible customer service and many staff there including guards look loke they just can't be bothered. No issues with the cleanliness - it is a public pool after all. Certainly prefer and recommend the Dandneong Oasis and even the Doveton outdoor pools.
