I stumbled upon Springs Spa by accident while driving home from JC Road. Who would have thought that in the middle of this busy and noisy area, there is a beautiful and quiet spa inside this new hotel, Springs Hotel. The spa is also open to non-hotel guests and it has a separate entrance. I found the spa to be spacious, elegant and spotlessly clean. First time I came, I was greeted by a smiling receptionist who offered me a cup of green tea and asked me to fill out a questionnaire about myself and other details in order for them to understand my therapy requirements.The receptionist patiently listened to my complaints about my aching back muscles. I sit for long hours as an IT professional, and my lower back usually hurts. She suggested a customised Fusion Massage and gave specific instructions to the therapist. The rooms are dimly lit, there's relaxing music and they have a very nice smelling scent in the air. The therapist was always smiling and though she can't speak English very well, she kept checking with me if her pressure was okay for me. I am not sure when I dozed off but when I was gently woken up, I felt totally rejuvenated. Not only was it soothing but also gave me some pain relief on my back muscles. I was planning to use the steam room which is free to use with every massage treatment, but I had no more time. I would highly recommend this spa. This was like visiting an International Spa in Singapore, they are very professional and probably one of the few spas in Bangalore who really know what they are doing.

Peter L 5 of 5 stars “Splendid new hotel” We had a short stay in the Springs hotel. The roof terrace bar is incredible with excellent and amazing views over the city. The rooms are clean and ultra-modern, yet not in any way sterile. The food in the restaurant was excellent with great advice from the chief waiter. You tell him what you want and he makes sure that's what you get. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. less

I stay in hotel for 03 nights for my first visit to Bangalore....New Hotel with all luxuries specially its food...they have enormous variety of breakfast...i never miss that...rooms are clean and well furnished.... Staff and other members are very cooperative.....
