Massage Envy

Worst massage ever. My appt. was at 3pm and they didn't greet me until 3:10. The therapist was a butch/dyke with her arms covered in gross tattoos. After the questions, etc. I got on the table at 3:15. I told "her" not to use elbows and arms on me, she did and it was very uncomfortable. She had very bad breath like she had eaten a pastrami sandwich. This was not relaxing at all . "Her" name is Kim. The "massage" ended at 3:55. 40 mins. for a 60 min. "massage." Stay away from this place. They are not trained massage therapists.
She really focused on eliminating the impurities on my face. I've had a facial before and this was by far a much better experience. Gila gave me very valuable information regarding my concerns. She made great recommendations. She was extremely knowledgable about skincare. My massage was also extraordinary. Lee was very compentent and she was an excellent therapist. She also addressed my concerns and she focused on my troubled areas. I felt so refreshed and young when I left Massage Envy.
Robert is alway conscientious of my focus areas and specific requests for my problem back areas. He is able to carry and engage in good conversation when appropirate and also know when i need my silent time as well. Thank you so much for being considerate & respectful of this Robert- GREAT Job!
the therapist explained how to tell if the products i use at home are working or not. She explained the products that she used and how they will help my skin. She helped me to understand my skin better and how i can get the best results for my skin.
Reuben was great. Rely helped my back. I have set up my next appt with him. Staff was awesome at front desk.
