Versailles is the best salon around! I always get haircuts there and other services (highlights, nails, and massages) and every single time it's perfect. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They make you feel like your apart of their family. I take my hat off to the owner for having such a great salon. I've read some of the reviews and honestly I think that these people have issues or a personal vendetta because before coming here I read the comments and was hesitant to come here. Thank god I don't believe everything I read because I found an amazing salon with amazing people! ~

Purchased a Groupon Shellac and Manicure from Traci..Dont buy from her! Read her reviews on different sites! She didnt return my phone calls Left messages 3X before she called back. Than sheduled and she canceled on me. Than I called back to reschedule and she didnt call back untill I called her once again! When she finally did she was too booked to see me. Personal issues in her life. Than WHEN SHE was available the groupn expired. She promised to honor. When I arrived at my appoinment she refused to honor! TERRIBLE Ethics>SHE LIED LIED LIED! I gave her the bennefit of the doubt. She acted like she didnt care. I told her what she said and when she said and she said, .I can't honor this. NOT TRUSTWORTHY OR ETHICAL! I called Groupon. IM NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HER. They REFUNDED MY MONEY... IF YOUR GOING TO GET YOU NAILS DONE DON'T USE TRACI..

I'm new to the area so thought I would drop in for a haircut. I was very impressed from the moment I stepped in the door and even more when I left. My haircut was awesome! The manager there was great.....he's also wayyyyy HOT!

I purchased my wife a Platinum Plus Spa Package for Christmas. WOW did I get in her Good Graces.... She did nothing but Rave about her Massage, Facial, Manicure and Pedicure. Not to mention she had a wonderful lunch, glass of wine and then had her hair colored, cut and styled.. She is now a regular at Versailles and tells all her friends about her experience. Keep up the excellent service Versailles. Thanks for making me look so good.

I had a great experience at this salon. I found a deal for it on groupon so I was a bit skeptical about how the results would turn out but I needed my hair done soon and it was such a great deal. I got a cut, style, deep condition and partial high lights for $65. The atmosphere of the salon was professional yet laid-back and enjoyable. It was very clean and had pretty good music on. My hair stylist was Caressa and she was great! She got the color I wanted perfectly and got my hair to curl when usually it falls flat within 10 minutes. She was very attentive and offered me water/coffee, hung up my jacket, and made sure not to burn me with the blow dryer/curling iron. Also very friendly and talkative. Exactly what you want as a hair stylist! She knows hair maintenance is expensive and will work with you to keep it affordable for her clients. I will definitely be going back to her, and I'm sure anyone who books an appointment with her will not be disappointed!
