I just came home with even more stressed out & upset. I have been their member for awhile. They have promo 10 visits to get 1 free massage or facial. I have finished 10 visits, and hoping to get free body massage today (even though you are required to give $20/service just for the tip) conveniently they lost my record even they have no record if my number at all. After long complaint, there is nothing else they can do. The worst way to cheat your money huh...VERY BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE , LIKE TALKING TO A ZOMBIE , DO NOT BELIEVE THE NUMBER THAT THEY PUT ON YOUR CARD , ASK SIGNATURES FROM THE MANAGER EVERYTIME YOU FINISHED YOUR VISIT AND MAKE SURE TO ASK THE OWNER : HONOR YOUR WORDS DON'T IGNORE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER EVERYTIME YOU CHANGE OWNERSHIP !! THEY THREW AWAY THE OLD DATAS AND START WITH THE NEW ONE !!! "good luck to you , old member !!"

Okay- so $35 for over an hour of relaxation?! Definitely worth it! My expectations for the reflexology foot massage were definitely exceeded. After soaking my feet in the aromatherapy bath while quietly listening to the soothing music- the games began. The treatment began with one foot at a time being pounded, molded, mashed, massaged. It felt good and hurt at the same time- but you know its good. Then after the feet, the legs. After the legs you think you're finished, but no- their is more! You roll over and receive a full body rub down (clothes on- they just put a blanket over you). How awesome is that? I will surely be coming back so many times with friends and family members, and props to David who was able to completely relax me today and almost putting me to sleep!
