Francesca's Salon & Spa is absolutely one of my favorite places to go in Sarasota. Every time I go there (about once a month), I am well taken care of.
I am warmly welcomed by Jackie, who always has a big smile and treats me to a drink of my choice - I recommend the coffee.
While I am enjoying my drink, I get to sit and relax in the waiting area, which is nicely decorated, with the latest editions of popular fashion magazines.
Once I go in to one of the spa rooms, which are clean and nicely decorated, the esthetician reviews any changes on my skin. When the treatment is finished, she recommends at-home skin care to maintain my skin looking beautiful.
Finally, during the checkout process, I get to try and purchase from the new merchandise that Francesca continuously adds to the salon.
One of the things I love the most about Francesca's Salon is the scheduling flexibility. I'm able to book my appointments 2-3 months in advance, and then Jackie calls me the week of the appointment to remind me of my upcoming appointment.
Overall, I could not be happier with the customer service I receive at Francesca's!
