I scheduled an appointment for my wife to have a pedicure done here. My barber is a block over and I thought we could get done up together, but a different spots obviously. When we arrived, we were told that the pedicure services are actually done at the mainstreet location! This was never communicated to me when I made the reservation, even though I called the Hillview location. They also sent a text confirmation to my wife which did not state that her appointment was at a different location either. The receptionist was apologetic and she handled our frustration very well. They really screwed up our afternoon plans.

I highly recommend Melissa at Fresh for any of your hair care needs. She is extremely professional and let me tell you.. this woman knows her stuff! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful.. left there feeling refreshed and extremely pleased with my entire experience. Thanks, Melissa!

I have been to Fresh Salon twice, and will continue to patronize Fresh in the future. The atmosphere is crisp, clean, relaxing and, well--lives up to the name "Fresh". The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Mary does my hair and I always receive compliments from my friends and my customers after visiting her at the Fresh Salon. The location is great, lots of shopping all around there's plenty of parking available. I would recommend trying Fresh to everyone looking for a salon that will make them want to come back again.

I went into the salon, wanting a new look. Usually hairstylists are scared to do much if I don't give them specific instructions, which I hate. I feel that they can and should be able to help me choose a new style better than I can alone. My stylist was Richard and after I gave him a basic idea of what I was looking for, he came up with a plan and the result was fantastic! I have gotten compliments from strangers because they think my hairstyle is so cute. I'm very happy and I will be back.

After seeing good *short* hair cuts done by Bethany, I decided to go for it. She is GREAT! I had gone somewhere else and got a horrible cut, Bethany was able to fix the previous botched-up short hair cut. She corrected the color and was able to shape the cut into something much more flattering. I left with a cool, professional and fun hair cut/color!!
