In the spa industry myself, I seldom find time to relax but my daughter got me a gift certificate for the Mandala Med Spa for my birthday today. The setting is very serene and zen. Was greeted by a long dark haired gal(don't know her name) Very pleasant. Took me and another client to the waiting area to fill out paper work, then to a changing room with lockers, showers, makeup bar etc. I was greeted by Melissa, my therapist. Told me about the amazing treatment I was going to have (Krachap). This is a 2 hour $200 treatment and well worth it for relaxation. However, not sure about the "slimming" results it mentions in flyer because have had many wraps n lost inches. I give Melissa a 5 stars for overall experience she offered. Very professional and let me know each step of the treatment. Very relaxed and felt "polished" afterwards. But I give the "after" the experience at front desk a 3 or low 4. They obviously cannot multi task. Two girls at desk, Answer phones and take care of client at the same time seemed difficult The one girl let me know that no problem that I forgot my gift certificate But No one asked me how my service was with Melissa, I asked for gratuity envelope, gave to me and that was it. They did not ask if I would like to rebook with her or try another service. They didn't invite me back, or even say thank you and have a nice day. The first and last impressions of the front desk personnel are so important to a business. If you don't care about that and want the great experience , I recommend Melissa King.

Amazing services, amazing staff. Highly recommend it not only for locals but for tourists visiting Sarasota and Siesta Key. They have a lot of different services and we are definitely coming back!
