I don't usually write reviews about anyone, but feel so strongly about Dr. Alberico Sessa. I was looking for a surgeon who is highly skilled in both facial and body procedures, and interviewed several plastic surgeons. For years I have been having non-surgical procedures like botox and facial fillers like Juvederm, but decided it is time for more permanent solutions. Dr. Sessa immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. He really took the time to listen to me and answer my very many questions. By the time I left his office, I scheduled an appointment -- I knew he is The One. I have had two surgeries with Dr. Sessa and could not be happier! He has extraordinary surgical skills, great bed-side manner, and lots of patience and kindness. I am not being paid in anyway to write this review -- just want to share my happiness with all those who are searching for a fabulous plastic surgeon. Thanks so much!!!

I recently had a tummy tuck in Dec 2014. I probably researched over 10 Drs. before I finally met Dr. Sessa. I've wanted the surgery for over 10 years. I was so impressed with everything about the office, my procedure, Dr. Sessa. Dr Sessa is a very detailed and analytical surgeon. I feel he is a perfectionist and great match for me - because I am as well. Best thing I've every done...and now I'm preparing/saving up for my next surgery soon. Thank you Dr. Sessa :) I am 49.

Dr. Sessa performed a mini lift. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The outcome was more than I expected. Dr. Sessa and his staff are warm, caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services!

Here's my story... Needed help with my ageing face , went to Dr. Sessa's free seminar and knew this was the surgeon for me. Really liked the fact that it is one on one care in his beautiful facility, I found that his staff is super helpful and friendly, DR. Sessa is caring and present in listening to my concerns, making suggestions to help make the right choices for me. I felt completely at ease as I went thru my procedures and the results are amazing ! I am very happy to recommend Dr. Sessa to anyone who wants to turn back the clock and look again how they feel ! Thank you so much Dr. Sessa , my deep wrinkles and layered neck are gone ! I Feel renewed and ready to enjoy the next years of my life ! I am 64 yrs young and loving it !

I did not do all of this at the same time, but over the past 6 months I have had Dr. Sessa perform the following improvements. Upper eyelid (Blepharoplasty) and Fat Injections (face) at the same time Then Smart Lift, and Fat injections for face and my lips filled with Restylane I am 43, and wanted to begin my improvements before I needed drastic improvements. I could not begin to tell you how impressed I am with Dr. Sessa. It is very difficult for anyone to trust a surgeon with their face, and he is truly an artist and someone I would say specializes in facial surgery. The smart lift name gets a bad name online at times because some Doctors do not perform it properly or perform it without working on the underlining muscles. Dr. Sessa explained to me this is really a face lift but now with technology the down time is much shorter, and he improves the underlining muscles, and does the work properly for long lasting results. I just had this done 6 days ago and I am up and moving around with makeup on again already. I was only uncomfortable for 2 days and it was mild. I have NO bruising at all not even one bruise. I also like Dr. Sessa's safe approach to fat transfer. This was the second time I had fat injected into my face because you can lose up to 50% of the initial fat from the injections. Instead of him just over filling my face and hoping for the best, and that 50% went away he injected a proper amount the first time, and then we waited 4 months to see the final results and injected again, so I never had that horrible bloated look , and it really is the proper way to perform this surgery in my opinion. The other part that I am very happy with is my lips. I have in the past decade tried many times to get larger lips that looked natural, and I have tried it all ! I always ended up with trout pout and it looked horrible. I decided to try it one more time since I have had such good results from Dr. Sessa. My lips turned out perfect. I really cannot believe how perfect they are, and they are not over done or look fake. I was so worried about this part and he could not have done a better job. I had realistic goals going in and thought , why not just look 35 and that was my goal age to look. I honestly can say now I look like I am about 27. It has made that much of a difference. I look like myself again, or at least the one I used to look at in the mirror. I am happy I did it at 43 before my lines and other issues made things worse, and more challenging to do at a later date. Dr. Sessa is a true artist of facial plastic surgery.
