What a wonderful spa experience in the Burr Ridge area! One of the best spa experiences I've had (outside of a vacation destination). From booking the appointment, to email reminders and the courteous staff- you won't be disappointed. The facility is very clean, calm and relaxing. For spa services there is a separate relaxation lounge with soft music and cozy chairs. I have had a massage, facial and come monthly for manicures and pedicures- all wonderful! The menu is elaborate with a ton of services and and I love the fact that they use natural, organic products. Enjoy!!!!
The spa is nice but my wife's over priced polish change was a joke. I wear acrylic nails and all I needed was a buff and polish change. What I got was aggravated. The tech did not know how to buff, you MUST buff the top near the cuticle or the nails will lift. The tech REFUSED TO BUFF - claiming it would make my cuticles bleed, if you buff correctly this WILL not occur. She used a nail file instead of a buffer and scratched my nails all up. After this polish change my right thumb lifted so badly that it took my natural nail with it. The tech was rude, when I kept in-sisting she buff rudely snapped at me and said, let's polish now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPA
