This salon is great. The prices and quality are unbeatable. After becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the salon I went to for over 14 years, I decided to see what else was out there. I tried numerous salons, one even run by friend--- but the prices, quality of service and hospitality of Jeffrey Lamorte is unsurpassed. The stylists are amazing and take their time to ensure you are truly satisfied with the results. I especially liked that they didn't try to sell me products or additional services. I've definitely found my new home at Jeffrey Lamorte!

I walked in & was greeted right away by the receptionist. I had an appt with one stylist but was told it was now with a different one & was that ok? Since this was my first visit, it wasn't THAT important but not too professional on their part. My stylist was nice & personable. She did a mini color consult. I did a bit of sit & wait before she began to work on my highlights. When it was time for my cut, the stylist went over what I wanted again. Overall, I was happy with my experience. I felt that my stylist was professional & did a decent highlight and an ok job on my cut. After all the questions I answered about the cut I wanted, I didn't get what I was looking for but it looks nice. I am looking forward to it growing out some. The salon was clean and the people polite, but nothing spectacular. For the foil highlight, cut & style I paid $112.00 (that was with %15 off color sale) That seems not cheaper but average salon price for the area. On a more personal note, it could be the location of the salon, but the lighting in the back of the salon is low and it seems almost dreary and cold. As I said, my stylist was personable but she didn't really go that extra mile to see that I was "pampered" if you will. I've been to salons where the stylist will bring you a magazine while you sit under a dryer, or offer you water, etc. I may go back to this salon, but not before I try some others in the area first.

My stylist at the Orland Park location is Patty and she is fantastic!! I highly recommend her. I look forward to seeing her every hair appointment. After using other salons in the area and never really feeling like I got my money's worth...Jeffery LaMorte was just what I needed. Patty always offers me something to drink and the best magazines to read. The products are also amazing!
