This place is the most HIGH PRICED DUMP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! I love the atmosphere when I walked in, but every PERSON IS RUDE!!!!! They act like they are a high class show-out when its not AT ALL! I have been to very nice salons and spas and last time I checked they were more than happy wearing smiles when I walked in. I SPENT OVER $200 on HIGHLIGHTS! My hair was short BTW! I watched a lady tell a CLIENT that if she could not keep her two year old more quiet she would have to leave! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE! Your over priced and over rated, take it back to a shack in the woods but get the hell out of Shreveport, Y'ALL SUCK!

I made an appointment two weeks in advance for 9:15 am I arrived on time and was told my stylist would not be there until 10 but that he could get me in. I decided to wait. At 10:00 I was told my stylist was on his way. I reminded the receptionist that I had made an early appointment because I HAD to be done by 11:50 10:20, I get in the chair. My stylist was wiping his nose with his bare hand, clearing his throat into his hand, jittery, and unable to focus. When he attempted to touch my hair before washing his hands, I declined. I mentioned that I wouldn't have time for the full appointment today. My stylist told me we would do a color today and a cut another time. Again, I declined. THEN IT HIT ME....why am I begging to have an appointment here? A salon should be a restful, fun, pampering time for a mom, not a stressful, anxious and fearful, especially when the person taking care of you clearly appears affected by something. I left with no reschedule and consider myself lucky.

Loved it, Loved it, Loved it...I will return, I will send others, I will bring others. This is an experience every woman should have. The decor, the staff, the "relaxation room" the food. Awesome!!

I absutley enjoyed myself the whole time I was there. I have 2 kids plus one soon to be here and the techs were all so sweet , kind and all of them took there time, there was no rushing me thrue the services. When I got my hair cut my tech Blake stayed over an hour just to style my hair and made the time very fun. I would definetly recommend this spa to anyone who has a little time to spare to be pampered. Btw my two techs were Penny and Blake . They are wonderful !

I came for my birthday and had the most amazing facial. Wonderful staff - professional, friendly - had some suggestions for skincare that worked!
