I didn't even get a waxing, but when asked how much to wax my back: "hunda dolla". I responded with "it's not a very hairy back". Their response was to hang up. Enough said.

I see all of the negative reviews, but I don't understand why! I've been to this place to get pedicures, manicures, and acrylic nails many times over the years, and never had an issue. Staff has always been friendly and I've always been pleased with my nails and experience. Actually went yesterday to get a mani/pedi and everything was great!

I just moved to Shreveport and needed a fill before my cruise, the acrylic they used to fill my existing nails didn't even match the old one. I could tell that my nails weren't going to last very long... they were poorly done and a normal 45 min nail job took 15 there! I tried telling the lady a few things I didn't like and she acted like she didn't understand. The ending cost was 33$!!!! I didn't even get the solar gel! I could have went elsewhere and had a completely new solar nail set for that price! They also painted a french tip on, which turned yellow after 3 days. My nails didn't even last 5 days, they turned yellow AND my fill started lifting from the actual nail. I ended up taking them off halfway through my cruise, I was so angry. I am new to the Shreveport area and I am in desperate need of a good nail salon! This is the 2nd Shreveport nail messup! I miss Texas' salons! Help!!

I was not able to relax at all while at the Serenity Spa and nails on Youree. The girl doing my pedicure was very rude and rough! She said my big toe had a hang nail on both sides so she rips it out and starts pulling it all the way to my nail bed. My toe started bleeding on both sides. I asked her to just stop and paint my toe nails so I could leave! This place is horrible. I could never recommend their service to anyone! I do not even want to give them one star. This place was worse than poor service.

This is the cleanest place I have been to for a mani/pedi in Shreveport-Bossier. I have been to several places where they have been rough and cut my skin, especially around my toes. The people here are nice and gentle, and the spa is very clean. Five stars!!!
