Insignia is a hidden gem! I usually go to Bubbles but my stylist left so I decided to try Insignia and make a switch to organic hair color. Just returned from my first visit for color and cut. The whole experience was wonderful from the hot tea to the scalp massage. Jessi was so great in helping me pick the right color and totally cleaned up my hair with a great cut. Service is personalized and just as reasonable in price (if not more so) than other places like Bubbles. I will definitely be returning and taking advantage of their other services!

I loved the fact that they used organic products! Getting highlights was actually pleasant without all of the harsh fumes and my hair felt healthy afterward.

I tried out Insignia because of a Living Social deal. Some times those things are hit or miss, but this was absolutely a hit! Seneca gave me a facial. She is the first esthetician I have ever had that really incorporated an awesome massage into the experience. Kristi gave me a massage and I'm sure I will be loyal to her for life. I get massages to manage pain, and after a session with her I feel flexible, free in my body, and most of all, she genuinely relieves my aches and pains. If u give this spa a try, I am sure u will be more than satisfied with all the services they offer. Next I'm going to try out their group acupuncture for only $10!

I don't understand how there is even one disappointing review on this site. I use INSIGNIA for everything... and the staff is amazing. I would say I am one of the PICKIEST people when it comes to my hair, I like it a certain length and certain way and I have never had an issue with getting that across. With that being said, the staff there is so well trained and educated that they have amazing ideas for your hair and will stop at nothing to make sure you have the best experience possible. I feel like a friend when I walk in to Insignia, not a client. With Kristy and her massage techniques you will instantly feel better. She figures out the areas of your body that need the most attention and why, then uses all of her education to do whatever she can to make you feel as though you can lead a happier and healthier lifestyle. Insignia is amazing, I would recommend no other place.

I have been going to her for years and refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. She’s also very diverse. Whether you’re hoping to freshen up your natural look or go for more of a drastic, edgy change, Johanna’s got you covered! I also love Insignia because they’re a full-service, eco-friendly salon/spa. They offer a wide range of organic hair and skincare products. I only use Alterna products in my hair and they are one of the few salons in the area that carry that line.
