I got a gift certificate as a gift from my husband over a year ago. I was excited and called to try to make an appointment. After being hung up on once I called back and tried again. The woman seemed too busy didn't care to speak to me or help me and left me on hold, so I just gave up. After a year I stumbled upon the gift certificate and thought I would give this another shot. I called and got left on hold for an unacceptable amount of time and was transferred around until I could finally make an appointment. The next day I received a text message confirming an appointment for a completely different time. I called to address it and the person on the phone couldn't even repeat back my name. My name is Jennifer, he started calling me Becky? Needless to say I canceled my appointment. Who knows how the services are I can't even make an appointment! I wouldn't trust someone to with my skin when they can't even keep my name straight on a 2 minute phone call.

I love coming to Vita Revive. It is my favorite spa. The space is calming, welcoming and beautifully decorated. This time I tried the mud wrap with body scrub and Vichy shower; what a lovely experience! Brittany was the sweetest thing and did whatever she could to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable. The owners are so friendly and greet the customers like we are their wonderful friends. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I am always impressed with the relaxing atmosphere, the professional attitude and the quality of the treatments by the staff. I was late for my appointment but was made to feel welcome and received my full hour facial even though I was 15 minutes late arriving. Brittany gave me time to relax and unfrazzle before she started and did a wonderful job. I have and will continue to recommend the salon to my friends.

It is a pleasure everytime I visit with Russell and Ireena. I am feeling much better after visiting and having several sessions at the spa. My attempts to rid my body of the chemo and help with the neuropathy pain is well worth it. I like the foot detox. Thanks for all your help. My friends and family are also pleased.

I had a great experience! Pleased I found this business in such a short time and they were able to accommodate me! Loved that they were an organic spa because my lifestyle is organic. I didn't know why I hadn't considered before! Definitely going back! Sheila was great and made me feel really at ease!
