Simply Massage is simply amazing! I have been seeing Kari for about a year now for muscular pain and leave each session feeling incredible! My last session I opted for the new "Fire & Ice Massage" which brings your mind, body and soul to a whole new level of deep relaxation and pampered bliss! The session begins with a 90 minute hot oil massage. This isn't your typical hot oils though, but a heavenly lavender scented natural oil made from your own personal "Massage Flame" candle. The silky warm oil seeps into your muscles as Kari begins to work her magic on tense, sore muscles. It's a multi sensory experience as you're enveloped in the calming, warm aroma and begin to lightly drift off to a place of serenity. After your body has warmed up and soaked in all the wonderful benefits of the "Massage Flame" candle, it's time to reawaken the senses and cool down with the "ice" part of the session. I loved this part of the experience, it felt like a major indulgence! Kari gently applies a cooling lavender mint cream and scrub massaging your tired, achy feet, then gently wraps them up letting the essential oils sink in and rejuvenate your feet. I love the tingling, cooling sensation and could feel every bone relax and all the tension melt away. As if that wasn't enough, you're also treated to a lavender mint glacial facial. The wonderful scent of the pure mud mask and creams calms and clears the mind as well as your skin. I felt my face relax as the tension melted away and the impurities draw out. I never realized how much tension can be held in the face, day in and day, as I finally felt what it was like to let go. I genuinely left this session floating on cloud 9 (although, I must say i leave every session in a state of euphoria!), and feeling completely blissed out. When I woke up the next morning, for the first time in weeks I could not feel an ache in my body. Not to mention the candle left my skin feeling silky smooth for days!
