I started out by going to Health First to lose weight. I soon learned by eating right I was feeling so much better and my joints didn't hurt. The energy I was feeling was so exciting at that point I realized that my weight was only the beginning of my new way of eating. I did lose weight and still have a ways to go, but this new found energy will keep me on the right track to reach my final goal. This is not a diet anymore it is a new way of life. My doctor was so pleased with my last blood test that I soon will be able to be off most of my meds, and that is very exciting. Thank you Debra for your help in teaching me the way to eat and making me feel years younger. I now can keep up with my grandchildren.
Started a program in January for the new year and I have to say I am very happy with my experience at Health First. Debra, the nutritionist and weight loss coach is very thorough and helped me lose 15 lbs. in four weeks and I have not been hungry at all.I also have no more bloating which for me is amazing. Thank you!!
