Terrible experience. I went in for a body wrap and was met by the receptionist in a deserted, darkened waiting room. There were no other cars in the parking lot. And it was the RECEPTIONIST who did my "body wrap". The wrap consisted of her wrapping my body in lukewarm ace bandages that were in a crock pot. They were dripping wet when she applied them and she tried to tell me it was the toxins being pulled out of my body!! It was just WATER because they were lying in a CROCKPOT full of....WATER! Then she took out a pack of saran wrap, wrapped by body and sat me on an uncomfortable chair for 30 minutes. In complete silence. It was eerie and weird. After that, she removed the now extremely itchy and cold ace bandages and told me to shower in the bathroom. The bathroom was in a dark hall with only the bare minimum of lights turned on, like it is when you go into your office on a Sunday morning. It was weird. I showered, got dressed and then was presented with a huge bill for nothing. It was the worst experience ever, not relaxing, pampering - nothing but creepy. Everything felt unprofessional and weird. What kind of place has the receptionist doing the treatments?!

Not sure how I could have received such a drastically different result than the ladies down below but my experience was terrible. I went to Maison because they were considerably less than the competitors. Well you know the old cliche, you get what you pay for. In this instance it was really a bad call because when it comes to your body you should definately not choose a doctor based on price alone. I had the lipo laser procedure that was supposed to be out patient with minimal down time. Indeed, I was told that one of his patients was running a marathon within a short time. No possible way! The procedure was much more painful than was advised. The doctor was sloppy with his techniques and left me looking uneven, asymetrical, and extremely lumpy. I looked worse after the procedure than before. Now I have to pay another doctor to fix the damage done. My advise is stay away. If money is an issue, then just be patient... save up some more money and go to a better doctor.

When I called to make an appointment, the level of professionalism and warmth that I recieved from the staff on the phone, I knew then that this spa was something special. I have been to so many so called spas in columbus and have never found the complete package until now. From the moment I walked in this spa I felt I was in Europe. The environment is very upscale and relaxing. I had an amazing massage by the master masseuse Matt. I then had an incredible facial and bodywrap by Amber. To be honest with you, the best facial I have ever had. I lost 6 in with my body wrap. To finish my spa day I had my hair and nails done by their master stylist and manicurist. Their evening and weekend hours really accommodated my schedule. I would recommend them in a heart beat!
