I bought a package for massage, facial and a wrap. At the time I booked they didn't have time to do my massage with the other services so I opted to just have the facial and wrap done. They had another Amanda scheduled at the same time as me. I arrived early but wasn't called on until 5 minutes after my appointment time. The tech took me into a room and started asking me questions that you get asked when you get a massage. I told her I was there for a facial. It turned out there was another Amanda there and they hadn't bothered to differentiate the two. She took me back to the waiting room where I waited another 5 minutes. I wasn't taken back until 10 minutes after my appointment time for my wrap and facial. By the time we got started it was almost 15 after. The wrap was something new to me so I don't have any comparison to make on that but the facial was amateur at best. It was very quick. Even though my appointment started very late, she did not make up for the time. She finished on time which means my appointment was cut very short. Huge waste of time and money for me. I won't be back for my massage even though I already paid for it with the package.

I bought a spa package on Groupon for a massage, facial, and lip rejuvenation, and I was very happy with the Spa At the Village. My services were top notch, and the staff was very inviting and professional. The place had trendy decor, but was still comfortable. This spa also has the most comfortable, fluffy, soft, best bathrobes ever made. I wanted to steal one, but I'm pretty sure that they would have noticed if I wore it out. I've already scheduled my next appointment.

Service here is EXCELLENT!!! I felt super spoiled with my Hydra Facial and my skin feels fabulous!!! The hot stone massage was just what I needed! I have already booked my next appointment for a body wrap and can't wait to come back!!!

I have frequented the Village Spa for several years now, and it is without question my favorite spa in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the ambiance is perfect. They often offer special packages at reduced prices, and they stay very current with newer treatment options. They do book up quickly on Saturdays, which is to be expected for such a high quality and client friendly establishment. Highly recommend!

my husband bought me a groupon spa package for $99 and I went to book it and they wouldn't let me book it without giving them my credit card information!! My service was already paid for and I didn't want to give them a credit card and they wouldn't make the appointment for me even thought the $99 service was already paid for!!!!!! They just lost a customer but it looks like they just stole $99 from me!!
