I absolutely love this place!! Massage Envy in Tacoma AND Federal way have some of the best customer service out there. I love going in and visiting with the girls. I acutually make a point to walk in and make my appointments for later on so I can go in a visit. Everyone there is so genuine and caring and makes me feel like I am their friend and that they genuinly care about me. I love Massage Envy and everyone should be able to experience this wonderful place!!

I urge everyone to treat yourself an amazing healing experience that is provided by the Federal Way Message Envy. While every message has exceeded expectations, my most recent session with Therapist Stephen was life changing. I have a condition in my spine that causes fusion. In one hour I walked out with significantly more movement in my neck then I have enjoyed in over 5 YEARS, No promises are ever made but the results are beyond discription, Thank you, I am a happy customer. Wow, this place needs new front desk management! Some of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Isn't this suppose to be a relaxing atmosphere?? This company really should evaluate their staff. Massages are just okay. Not worth the cost.

I love the Massage Envy in Federal way! Always get great service, No matter what therapist I get It is a great massage very professional and I feel comfortable. I haven't had any problems with the management or getting in has never been a problem. I have not had a bad massage, I'm not sure what happened to the other people but I'm satisfied and get a good massage whenever I go. the place is clean and the staff I have been face to face with were nice never rude and I never had to wait. For me it was good over all and will go back:)

I've had wonderful experiences at the Federal Way Massage Envy. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and there are several massage therapists at this location who give a great deep tissue massage. I also like the fact that I can get massages at other locations when I am traveling. I haven't had a facial yet, but it is on the "to do" list. I would recommend this Massage Envy if you're looking for a good massage and some relaxation.
