Poor management. Seems like they are all self entitled pricks. Don't be fooled on their fake smile. They treat their employees like crap and expect gold from that. Pathetic organization.
This place is amazing and Sora did a great job fixing my hair that another salon messed up. I felt pampered and listened to. I will be going here for all of my hair needs.
If you need a great hair cut, go see "Emma"! Can be pretty expensive for other hair colorists/cosmetics/products, etc.
If you want the best brow arch ever go see Heidi, she is the best!
Yes, it is expensive. But I must say it is a very nice experience. I actually look forward to getting my hair cut. The staff is first rate. Almost every person in the place is genuinely interested in making your time there pleasant in every way. I highly recommend if you can spare the dough.
