Dr. P spends time with you and discuss realistic outcome based upon your own needs. I did not feel rushed or pushed into a decision. Also, Dr. P is very keen on nutritional needs of patient for speedy recovery. Very pleased!

Not only was the staff who took my calls very friendly, but she took the time to answer my many questions. This was my first Botox experience and I was very curious. The facility was pristine and inviting. The injections themselves took almost no time. Dr. Potyondy was very friendly and down to earth. I would recommend him to anyone.

I made an appointment here a couple of months ago. I was interested in finding out about explanting with a lift. After my appointment, I never heard back from the office about a quote, so I figured the office was too busy or forgot about me. I had since went to another PS in Olympia, and I am VERY pleased with the results. In regards to this particular office, the Front desk staff, and PS were very nice and informative, I may have gone to them, if I had received a quote and follow up. MM
