I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this branch! The manager is a joke and does not follow through on her word. The Staff does not know anything about customer service. I have worked retail before and the theory of "the customer is always right" is not taught at this company! They are money hungry and I lost one year worth of sessions because of THEIR inability to follow through! I will NEVER recommend this branch or this company for that fact! Complete waste of time and MONEY!!!
Twice I have called to schedule a same day massage, and twice I have had to wait for over 2 minutes on hold before speaking to someone. Frustrating.
After visiting several times and trying different practitioners I only was really impressed by one, which made it difficult to schedule, also today after being involved in an auto accident they turned me away! (but not when I scheduled the appt, no they waited until I showed up wasting my time and gas money) I will be cancelling my membership with them.
The front desk are very helpful, even when they are busy. They try to always make sure everyone is taken care of.
Not worth the money a rip off really!
