I loved my treatment here! all the staff were professional , friendly and caring!! The packages on their website are great value for money too. They also have 15% off dermalogica products.. thank you:-) and oh the staff were GREAT with my little boy !!
Not kid friendly! I walked away feeling discriminated against as even though they had an appointment available, I was told now wasn't a good time as I had a baby with me (my baby hadn't made a peep by the way and was strapped into a pram). There was a client having a facial who didn't have children and she wouldn't like it, I was told. I left without making a scene but was appalled at what I was hearing. Apparently, I am not an important customer or demographic.
