Hi Katrina, sorry to hear about your disappointment, we contacted you and offered a review appointment but you declined. All clients having treatments are advised re:expectations & that they may need additional adjustments after 2 weeks & must call if there is a concern. We can't understand why you complained 7 weeks later. The products we use mean that problems can very easily be fixed. All invasive procedures will involve an element of pain, which is explained prior to your treatment. You had your treatment on Dec 6th with our nurse at another salon. We contacted the salon & they informed us that they saw you following your treatment and there was absolutely no problem with your face. They also said that you have complained about their services, also saying none of their treatments have made any difference to you. We are more than happy to see you and address your concerns immediately. A review appointment can be arranged by speaking to the staff at Cosmedispa who make the appointments for the Nurse, to arrange a suitable time. I also have a photograph of comments you made on your facebook profile, with dates, quite clearly demonstrating you were happy with how you looked. I am happy to show clients this if they so request.
I have been using Cosmedispa for a while now and I find their service fantastic. I have also referred a number of my friends who are also very happy clients. I live in Brisbane but travel all the way to see them because of their personable service.
Absolutely dreadful!!!! Messed up my face. Paid hundreds for absolute pain and now I have a crease in my lip was never there before, frown lines never went, and my eyes collapsed.
Fabulous! from beautiful finger and toe nails to rejuvenated face via IPL and, best of all, my lips are now back to how they were thirty years ago! Felt pampered and cared for and secure in the hands of true professionals!
