Made a booking well in advance, only to arrive on the day to be told they'd cancelled my appointment because I needed to pay in advance. No mention was made of this at the time of booking. The confirmation email simply lists the appointment details and says "we look forward to seeing you". They did not contact me to tell me this despite having both my phone number and email address. Wasted half my day.
