Stayed 3 nights. No one at the reception desk on our arrival. Waited for about 3 minutes for someone to appear. No greeting at all. No smile and most unwelcoming after a long drive. No offer of asistance with bags up the very steep stairs. Then wrong room. Thankfully downstairs. Pool dirty. Room was nice, good size and lovely bathroom. However due to the bad service of the receptionists we will not be going there on our next visit and will be telling others about our bad experience. In my oppinion they should be sacked!

Rooms were good; pool was dirty. Food overpriced and they were painting the walls around the bar and food servery while dinner was in progress.
