The place looks stunning. It is really nice indeed. Staff and a business owner are really nice too. But it comes to results. As we don’t pay to people for being just nice. My experience unfortunately wasn't the best. I used in the past Sarah Boxley. She moved to Freementle and Joondalup so a bit far. I thought I will try pure luxury. I have to admit even price was higher than Sarah Boxley's prices, I was quite happy with results first $4000 spend. Except Botox injection that didn't do anything. But I was told I need to do finish work. So I went for it at $1800... I had a very important party coming and thought oh well let's do it. To my surprise.....I end up with: dark eye bruises, some lumps and bruises, and they didn't heal so my important look that I spend so much was ruined. And on my party I look like after someone punch my face. It comes to fact that that second $1800 injections didn't do anything positive, just opposite. To this day I have like map on my right cheek, a bit whole under my eye and some lamps. But also noticed some wrinkles I never had start to form rapidly. Well pretty bad considering all I want really to improve my lines * angry lines - didn't happen. I remember Sarah work that last me for some time and not even close to price I paid in Pure Luxury. And I had exactly what I ask for. Now $6000 lighter I am not happy at all. Yes I missed follow up appointment as I was very angry at myself to to for that painful, expensive finishing job. Finishing job that really make me look horrible. During that job I don’t know if lady knew what she is doing and honestly I think it was just to get extra money. I should not go for that but sometimes we trust professionals. Well I won’t trust this business again ever.

New place is great. Spa treatment was excellent. Loved it overall. I will be back!
