We booked a room here for December back in February and was told yesterday afternoon, via email that our reservation has been cancelled due to renovations. We were not given a list of other accomodation options or even any offers of compensation! This was our first get away in 7 years with out our children, now it has been spoilt! I would not reccomend this place to anyone because of this experience.
