I called for the appointment and was pleased to hear they could get me in the next day. I had never had the service requested and the girl was helpful on the phone, verified my name and phone number. I went in 10-15mins early to find out they did not have my appointment on file. In hopes that any info would help, I had the details of the time of day I called and the phone number (hoping I didn't go to the wrong place) but it was right. After 5mins of looking she said my appointment was not in there and everyone was booked. Not only was I pretty ticked off. I noticed the "spa" is a few hotel rooms connected. When I originally walked in I was staring at the pedi chairs and I later found out the girl that greeted me was working on a coworkers nails (since she answered the phone after). Nice to see they don't have time for me. She said she'd talk to the manager. While sitting in traffic and booking a new appt at a different place for the next day she called back and said they could get me in at 6:30pm. That would be ok if I didn't live the furthest away from that place possible. I have yet to hear from the manager... what a waste of time and energy. Luckily I was able to see this before I actually gave them my money.
