Horrible experience! I have never been treated so badly ever at a spa and strongly recommend you NOT visit this location. My daughter and I went almost 2 years ago ... same tools were dipped into creams for both of us (how many other people too?). The topper was the hot wax spilt all over my daughter's skirt ... with no compensation (only a recommendation of how to wash it). We were greeted by the VERY UNFRIENDLY owner in a rude manner because we knocked on the wrong door. Despite several e-mail messages requesting my remaining $60 back or a Gift Certificate because I NEVER wish to patronize this business ... the owner either ignores my messages or sends horrible name calling emails (totally unprofessional). Called the local Chamber of Commerce to complain but they are not a member, however I have filed a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services. The owner has blocked any negative comments on Facebook ... guess she doesn't want an accurate opinion on her location. Cleanliness and customer service - worst ever!!! Would caution people reading .... note the "non-named" positive reviews .... very suspicious.

My experience here has always been relaxing and enjoyable. The service has always been beyond compare and my personal needs have always been met. The aesthetician who attended to my abused summer feet was able to put them back into wonderful condition. The facial I received was comforting, relaxing and almost put me to sleep. I would highly recommend a visit to this spa as I have returned often.

I have never been so disgusted with anything in my whole life. The lady who owns this is absolutely nuts and shouldn't be allowed to speak to customers. She ripped us off for more than 800.00 she sold us spa packages that were supposed to be mani pedis but put them under gift certificates, when asked to put a hold on the visa to ensure my reservation she put the whole amount on and made them non refundable gift certficates which she said was the policy if you looked online. I booked over the phone through the ad in the phone book and none of this information was provided to me at the time. When I went to talk to her about the charge she said she was the cleaning lady and the manager was out of town, when I went to try to get the certificates in hopes of reselling them instead of being embarassed that she had been caught in a lie she simply said "i am the cleaning lady, too" and laughed. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. Please please please look into every option you have before considering such a terrible place. She basically stole 800 bucks on my wedding day. It makes me sick to my stomach.

Girls getaway- My daughters and I enjoy the Day @ the Spa, from our arrival mimosa, cozy robes, by the fireplace sipping mimosa and relaxing, then on to the wonderful services, The rmt was the best I have ever experienced- amazing all I can say is "absolutely do not miss the massage" . Staff is friendly, professional, services were all superior. Now to our wonderful lunch the geodesic domes are unique, lunch was yummy wine was plentiful, (we had a ride home) what a way to spend a day

I recently had a spa pedicure and a waxing treatment at Hummingbird Hill, and both experiences were excellent. The staff were professional and friendly, and the owner was welcoming and personable. I'd recommend it for anyone from those who want a getaway to someone local who needs regular beauty services. The prices are more than reasonable for the exceptional service that you will receive at Hummingbird Hill.
