I have been going to Beauty Works Day Spa in Belleville for a number of years and have enjoyed several services there. Top notch services, great staff, relaxing facility and always on the cutting edge of skin care. Yonka Skin Care is to die for. I would highly recommend it.
I called last week and booked an appointment for today at beauty works day spa. When I got there, the receptionist told me they made a mistake and had me booked in for next week instead and that there wasn't anything they could do for me. I drove a half hour there and another half hour back home for nothing. What a waste of time and gas!!!!! I will not be making any more appointments there! Yet if it was I who made the mistake I would have had to come good for the appointment.
This is to thank you so much for your generosity in donating a "Spa Day". It was a relaxing time being pampered.
