My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary. We went with the ‘Love Is’ package so it was quite expensive, but being our anniversary thought it was worth it. Included was a Executive Suite, Champagne and Strawberries dipped in chocolate ( brought to our room upon arrival), Full access to the wet spa, 30 mins of Massage and 30 mins Dry Flotation and last but not least a lovely “all the works” Breakfast. The treatments where wonderful! We had the masseuse called Veronica; she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! My only criticism would have to be that the “Snow Paradise” had no snow in it, (it felt like I was standing in a catering size fridge) so I don’t know how they can call it that. The door cards for access of the Spa were very temperamental; the poor front of house lady at the Spa was running around constantly having to help people with their cards. Last but not least, the major down side for me was that it was our anniversary and as far as the staff knew my boyfriend could have been surprising me. The cost of the stay was printed on a piece of paper made into a wallet for the room cards given at reception. Also a letter was posted under our door that night telling us once again how much our stay was.

I done a package with k west hotel me and my friend for our boyfriends birthday and it was shit the service was not good the price for the one night stay was not worth it. The service was not as what the package was said, lack of communication as the orders for dinner and breakfast was not consistent as they tryed to charge us as it was a package that we already payed. Its expensive and all they wanted was money out of you, the massage was shit 30mins felt like it was 10mins, the massage was shit i could of got it done for cheaper and better. Put it this way the money we spent could of been for a holiday else were out of the country|! never again shit hotel!!!!!!!!!!

For our anniversary my husband and I decided to have a spa treatment in K West Hotel & Spa. We booked couples massage and it was great. After we felt refreshed and relaxed. The staff was helpful and courteous and the whole stay was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend it especially for a romantic weekend.

Enjoyed a lovely day there on Sunday - booked a day spa package for my Mum and I which included a few treatments and access to the facilities. Loved the snow room which was actually more than just a novelty - the move from hot sauna/steam room to the ice cold snow room made my skin feel brilliant! Lovely service, great massage and peaceful environment. Really enjoyed myself!
