Asian root, only the name sounds good and place looks fine but they are real tricksters and really not worth a penny. They have tie ups with groupon and when I called them for spa they attended very politely as soon as they got to know that I had a groupon voucher they made excuses and never gave me an appointment. When I reached there without notifying they denied the services. Thoroughly disappointed … my voucher has expired now since they did not gave me an appointment after chasing them for 4 weeks I only got excuses from them. Yes I wasted money. Asian roots is just not worth time and money. Would not recommend these money sharks to anyone on my lifetime.
I read such a good reviews abt this place, award winning therapists and what not. It’s all a sales strategy and fake awards. Rubbish people.
