I had stay 15th of Jan for my BS partner bday amazement I like to cheers GR staff for create ultimate experience for us with cake flower and card with warm greeting; they pleasure all time as Namaste which I adored. I picked by BMW with wi- fi facility. Chauffeur Sanjay was obliging and outgoing. when we reach on floor and our suite was 335 we are not cognizant all facility in suite, I came out and find HK TL Minakshi with leer face ,she came inside & assist me with all obligation she is very friendly and provide prompt service and feel Wow I like her professional approach and words which communicate with us . During stay we always order with Room service Neha OT was well trained professional after that we went to Exc lounge we found small lady forgot her name she is too prompt and always had smile face .and I found that all service during stay was quick and amazing by all department . Afterwards some point makes us to caressed bad to find other hotel. C/inn involvement was worse no wish, smile and warm welcome. In car there is no face towel; air freshener available .we felt that we are in no star hotel. Reception staff is friendly but when we pass around them they stand on sad face which looks un approachable. they should know more about hotel facility .they keep only limited staff which can smile I met GRM Poonam on dep and keep my concern I ask her to show me PS suite which she did but due to some negative feeling we agree to go other choice I will urge management to work on it because your hotel is so wonderful setting, architect and so quick service but without smile face its looks worse. Apart of that we love your hotel and if we find change we will come back for long stay.

My wife will love this place... She hates india because of the food, I am sure she will love this place. The food is hummmmm and service is perfect!!!
