Stayed in the hotel for two nights in December 2014, as part of a larger group. My room was ok but one of the bathrooms in another room stank because of inappropriate plumbing. Food in the restaurant was fine and the personnel in there was efficient albeit when crowded they messed up some of the orders. Most importantly, the hotel charged my (and the other people from my group) twice the amount due - once when the booking was made (although we checked in as due) and another time when payment was made. The latter was merely blocked, although we were assured of the contrary, whereas the former was paid. I find this unnacceptable as it takes time to unblock the amounts undue.

Great times!. Attractive prices and very good services. A restaurant delivering International cooking.Recently refurbished hotel, with two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor). The indoor swimming pool (redecorated) will be opened again end of October with new wellness and fitness areas! We spent 2 nice days in this hotel. You have 12 seminars, conferences and events rooms, we have been surprised by the large capacity. Not far away from Luxembourg downtown, financial and European areas. In a few words, an hotel to recommend!

So far out of the city, very poor service and the staff take your money from your room when you are at dinner or breakfast. not only do they clean your room, but they clean you out also.

Passer un week end dans l'hôtel : -Prix très raisonnable pour une 4 étoiles -coin Saunat/Hammam/Piscine très joli, très calme avec de la musique classique relaxante. -Chambre double de base sobre mais sympatique.Le petit déjeuné au lit et compris dans le prix de la chambre, bonne surprise. -Points negatifs : La discothèque n est pas ouverte hors saison, et le bowling etais réservé donc impossible de faire une partie, dommage.
