I visited this salon for a full body massage today. Jacky was the massage therapist and she did a wonderful job-I would rate it one of the best massages I have ever had. She gave a great deal of attention to what she was doing- plus gave a a true 60 minutes of hands on treatment. ( Well done and I will be visiting again when in Christchurch)
We went to have a mani and pedicure. They did a great job, very friendly and chatty staff. The clinic was bright and modern with lots of parking out the back. Would recommend to others
Went there for the first time for a first time Brazlian. Once I arrived they had no record of my appointment but fitted me in anyway. Was so horrible and painful and the lady made no effort to help make the experience nicer. Rebooked for a months time. Went back to my booked appointment, waited half an hour until they once again noticed they had no record of my appointment, even though I had an appointment card. They said I could wait 2hrs for my wax or rebook. Rebooked for the following morning, but was rung that afternoon and left a message saying they had to cancel my appointment due to staff absences and would ring back to arrange another time. Haven't heard from them since. Absolutely useless and unreliable. Never going back.
