Are you kidding me? This is my second time at this location, and both times the massage therapist working with me did NOT listen to my requests/needs prior to the massage. Both times I clearly and thoroughly stated that I did not want my feet touched at all (AND it's on my form that they are supposed to review). The second time, I asked for my upper neck/past my shoulders not to be touched... and of course, both times my feet ended up being worked on (goodbye relaxation, hello uncomfortable experience) and the second time, all the way up to my hairline was worked on. Boundaries crossed. Also, both times I was called in by massage therapist about 5 minutes after my scheduled time. Subtract another 5 to consult and get undressed, and then another 5 to get dressed again, and that's 15 minutes off the HOUR that I paid for. A final negative note is that the therapists get laaazy with tucking the blankets. It feels breezy in all the wrong places, my buttcrack gets "brushed", etc. Not okay. The location is clean and the front desk girls are nice, but your therapists need to LISTEN and APPLY the customer's needs. I will not be returning to Massage Envy, and neither will my friends and family.

I struggled with writing a good review. The thing about a good massage is the therapist. And it seems like all the good therapists keep leaving. I'll find someone I like, and within a couple of months, they've moved on. When I tried to book an appointment, and was told that my favorite therapist at the time "no longer works here," I was disappointed and asked why. The receptionist gave a pause, says I don't know, and hung up on me.

I absolutely LOVE my facials with Mel! She is hands down the best esthetician I have ever had. If you have not scheduled yourself a facial at this location, I strongly suggest you do, and ask for Mel. I promise you wont be disappointed. She takes the time to ask about my skin, makes a "plan of attack" so we can fix my skin care issues, and is always available when I have questions about products ive purchased. If your looking for relaxation, and always being valued I definitely recommend this spa.

Love my therapist Melissa. The franchise owner's are well..... no specials at xmas on facial packages like all the other locations (not owned by these people). Poor business decisions :(

Came here the other day & had a pretty good massage. I bought the package of 3 for $150 since that's the best value. These places are nice & clean with good service & this location seems to be able to get you in on short notice which is a plus for me.
