Lotus Day Spa is worth the opportunity to be given a chance to earn your business. I hesitated to use their services because I don't get out to the foothills often enough. However, I was in need some service and they were able to provide me with a appointment the same day I called. Since then, I have been using their services and have been very pleased. I get right in on time and get out on time. My appointment reminders are emailed to be as well as a text message reminder the day before which is a huge help to me. The ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile. I have had services done by the owner, Kim DeAnda. She is very professional and truly cares about her clients. I can see as to why her staff is so friendly and inviting. She is a great role model for surely leading by example. She treats her staff great and in turn they treat the clients great. They offer gift certificates too. So, if you are not in any immediate need for any of the services they offer, maybe you have a loved one that needs some pampering. Its well worth the trip out there. Kudos to Kim and all her crew!

I went in to get a facial and after being brought back to the room to change and lay down I was left there for over 15 minutes! Just laying there staring at the ceiling and I could hear people talking and walking around outside the door but no one ever came in to let me know there was going to be a delay or why it was taking so long. When the lady who was supposed to be doing my facial came back in she acted like it was no big deal then proceeded to rush through my facial and even finished early. My appointment was supposed to be for an hour and she was done in 45 minutes which includes the time she left me waiting on the table. This is the second time Ive been there and will be my last, the first time I was left waiting and they were late for my appointment and may have been a fluke but the second is indicative of the type of unprofessionalism and disregard for their customers they have constantly displayed.

Very calm,clean & professional spa. Haircut,color/highlights the best from Cheri. Loved her. Lots of talent at this spa.

I've been coming here about three years now at its always at the top of my Christmas and Birthday list from my Hubby. I love the smells, treatments and pampering. I just float home afterward. If you're looking for a place to staycation and be TOTALLY catered to this is it!
