Dishonest and uses false advertising. First, it is true that they have a Protestant Bible in their wait room. I guess they only want business from Protestants and aren's interested in money from Jewish, Catholics, or Agnostics, but if get past that insensitivity you will find others. For such Bible toting people they sure advertise falsely. I had previously visited this office for waxing. The receptionist Britney always seemed a little snippy and had an attitude like she really had something better to do rather than talk to the clients. Then later I received an email notice announcing the Dysport was $3.50 and with it an attachment for other services. I called to make an appointment and Britney told me that the Dr. wasn't taking any new clients. I explained to her that the notices was sent to me and I had previously visited here before. But she gave no explanation and repeated, "The Doctor is not taking any new patients," as if she were an automated robot. Not even an apology or explanation. This was rude and unacceptable. First an office needs to take responsibility for the information they send their clients. Second, an office needs to explain to client respectively why or how such errors were made. If this is how they treat clients in the office I can only imagine how shoddy the doctors work must be. The reason I quit having my waxing done there is because they have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel in less than 48 hours you are charged $35. I understand a 24 hour cancelation policy but 48 hours was just too much. Even plastic surgeons only require a 24 hour cancelation notice. One time they let me go with a 24 hour cancelation but Britney gave me an attitude and talked to me like she was my 6th grade school teacher and I was an 11 year old being chastised for coming in 10 minutes late for recess. As a grown woman, I don't enjoy giving my money to places that support such employee behavior. So between the insensitivity to other religions, the robotic and condescending receptionist Britney, and the false bait and switch advertising, I won't ever be returning.
