have had a few good massages but they were outweighed by the bad. I bought 10 messages as a package so I've been often and the service is inconsistent. I always tip but the last time the service was so bad I decided not to tip and I was actually forced to tip before i was able to go. There are way better places to go that have good prices--no need to go to a mediocre spa
