Horrible customer service. I was the first to arrive yet they took a couple in front of me. I waited 20 minutes and no other staff showed up. I will never go back. Go give your money to someone who appreciates the business. These guys suck.

To everyone who got a shoddy job done by a male here, request Tiffany. I'm super OCD about my nails, and she makes sure to get them perfect! I dont go to anywhere else. Not a fan of getting pedis there, but at least they're very good natured about how ticklish my feet are!

HORRIBLE experience! I had an appointment with a friend from out of town. I normally prefer a different salon which happened to be booked that day. I chose to bring my friend to Sky Nails as I had been there in the past. We waited 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment to sit in the pedicure chairs where we then had scalding hot water in the foot beds. I waited another 30 minutes for my pedicure to begin in a chair that did not work. The woman rushed so fast through my pedicure that I was in fear that she might cut me with the cuticle trimmer. Then she began my manicure and cut me twice. My nails look a million times WORSE than when I walked into the place. For $35 for a Mani-Pedi I would not recommend this place. I will never go back and have made sure to let all my friends know of the horrible experience I had.

Horrible service both from front desk and manicurist. I went with my sister before her school dance. I allowed plenty of time to ensure we could have her nails done before going to get her hair done. We told three different people there that we were both getting manicures. They did mine first and then tried to get me to pay, I told them I wanted to pay for both manicures and they told me to wait while they continued to take other clients back. I seriously considered walking out without paying after no one came up front to help us. In the end I reluctantly paid for a shoddy job on my polish-flaking nails and the privillege of waiting for an hour in their establishment while being ignored for services.

I started going to this salon after one of my employees had recommened them. I always made an appointment and arrived on time. Many times while arriving on time I had to wait for 15 to 20 mins while the manicurist I was scheduled with was finishing with someone she had started prior to my arrival. I don't mind waiting, but I did schedule an appointment. I was asked serveral times if I could wait in the middle of my appointment while she did a wax or finished a pedicure. Is that right? The last straw for me was when I arrived for an appointment and asked for a new set of nails and she asked me "Why"? I asked if she could paint a flower and she gave me stickers to choose from. I feel that the employees are overworked and are not happy to be there. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE WERE THEY CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
