I just wanted to share with you how pleased I am with my arms. I have been so self-conscious of this area since I was a teenager. I waited 15 years to do something about it and thanks goodness I did. This has completely changed my attitude and boosted my confidence BIG TIME. I can finally wear tank tops! Yeaaaaaa!!!

Like many others, I bought a Groupon/Living Social deal for this place. They did a good job on my neck and jowls. At that time, they were having a 70% off promotion for their liposculpture procedures. Since my first procedure was a little painful, but done well, I paid this company over $9000 in advance for procedures. First mistake. I went back for my next procedure, which was not such a good experience. I wanted my upper back/bra rolls done. The Dr. thought she could do my entire back, so I agreed. Sadly, she started on my flanks (lower back). Turns out they would've gone over the limit of lidocaine, so only my flanks were done. Not the area I wanted taken care of. Due to that being a frustrating and very painful procedure, I took some time, and didn't schedule another procedure for a while. I found out in late October that I was to be transferred out of state for my job, so I called about getting a refund. Here's why this place gets one star. I've been calling about this refund since Nov 3rd! Every time Dario said he'd call me back, he did not. I've tried calling this company at least 3 times a week since Dario stopped answering the phone Nov 12th. Like one of the other reviewers on another site, I also got one of the, "oops, I answered the phone and it's someone I'm avoiding" hang-up from this office. I called Sunday Feb 9th from work, and Dario actually answered the phone!! He claimed he was with a client (on Sunday?), and said, again, that he would call me back. He did not. They still will not answer the phone when I call, so even if I wanted to schedule the procedures, I couldn't. They have not called me back, since November. I filed a complaint with the BBB Dec 27th, and Pacific Cielo has not responded to them either. They now have an F rating with the BBB. Don't go here. The hassle and unprofessionalism isn't worth it.

Both my wife and I noticed within the first week.... I'm thrilled without my saddle bags and would do it again in a heart beat. This was one of the best anniversary presents my wife has ever given me. I really appreciate the care and attention you showed over the two days I was lucky enough to spend at your office. Your staff was so kind and professional. I look much better already and my confidence has already improved.

OMG! I removed the bandages this morning to take a shower. I looked in the mirror for the first time since the procedure. I love my new curves! You guys are AWESOME! If I look this good after only two days, I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to see my final results! I know I am a bit bruised as expected but I can’t believe my new shape! Wow! Thank you again for making me feel so much better. Your staff really knew what they were doing and helped me to so comfortable. You guys ROCK!

As a business owner, I really appreciated how your staff had a specialized knowledge and a genuine way of helping me feel at ease.
