Bad experience buying wigs.First one was good all around, but I had no problem...nice color, style etc.I was told that if I did not like what I ordered I would not have to take it, period. They had no accurate color samples.Should have seen a red flag right there. Second wig color was way off plus I was treated as though I was taking managers valuable time. I was told that since I left the store with the wig I was stuck with it...about ten shades too light all because they didnt have the correct color samples.It didnt matter what I was told previously, or not told, I was stuck and $165 lighter. The overall attitude of manager was so horrid I wont do any business there again.

Everytime i have gone in to get a wax here i have always been very happy with it. I do wish that they would keep there employees or the same sd for longer then i return. I really enjoy having wendy she is very professional and informative. I enjoy going to the same person which happens to be her and im very happy she has returned from her leave of absence.

This place sucks, the girl that did my hair here didnt do the style I even asked for. She colored my hair and turned it grey. She talked to the girl next to her and put her comb in her hair then she put it in my hair. I was like wow wtf...? Then she kept taking off the whole time and walking around and doing other things. But anyway I asked to get it re-done and the girl acted like she didnt have time for me. Im a walking advertisement people and if people out at the market or wherever I go say "OMG WHERE DID U GET UR HAIRDONE? WHAT HAPPENED?" I'll tell them mission beauty did it and no one is going to go there because that was a blondes worse NIGHTMARE! Anyway after I got it re-done and all the hair off the top of my head burnt off it still wasn't what i asked for. I think this girl just came out of hairschool, she was not a professional one bit. Was VERY expensive and a waste of my money. (Dont go here)
