Had a great experience on all of my visits here. The staff were all welcoming and courteous and my experience with Ms. Clarke, the P.A. and Laurie, the Esthetitian, were both great and as painless as possible. Would come back and have recommended to multiple friends and colleagues.

I think I am still in shock from my experience with Dr Kurgis and his staff. My first visit Dr Kurgis came in and looked as if he were on drugs his pupils were like olives. He has horrible bedside manner. I made another appointment when I was leaving but later called to cancel. I then received several bills in the mail that had not been covered by insurance, uhhh....They were billing my insurance and I wasnt even going to them! Stay away people

AWFUL STAFF!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STAFF IN HISTORY!! Any friend / coworker ive sent to this office has said the same exact thing. The wait is horrible and the staff are unfriendly the second you walk in to the second you leave. The dr. needs to rehire staff quick !!! lost out on so many patients due to thei horrible attitude towards anything! they dont even say hello when you walk in and are rude to anything you ask. FIND NEW JOBS QUICK!!

This entire office is rude and arrogant. Doug Williams PA is the worst. He actually backed out of the room while i was talking to him, not even finshing his sentence.I will never go back there. Save yourself the headache and dont go. They dont answer questions or explain procedures, they give off the impression you are wasting their time. I thought it would get better maybe they were just busy but thats not the case, dont be fooled. It wont get better!

To be fair I didn't make it past the waiting room. There is a big television that blares sports and evidently it is always on. The staff seemed frenetic and not welcoming. I decided it wasn't the place for me.
