i have received several massages from various therapists, all are very skilled and attentive. when you walk from the lobby to the hallway it is a completely different atmosphere! love this place and recommend it highly!

FABULOUS!!! I've gotten the full body massages and a facial previously. Doing the Spa Night tonight and all of the services have been wonderful! All of the staff are and have been so nice and attentive. :D

What a wonderful spa! The entire staff is awesome! Lorra is a great massage therapist! You are treated to relaxation and escape from the moment you walk in!

I absolutely love this place! I was able to make a same day appointment for both a facial and a massage (plus add a bunch of spa upgrades!). The ladies at the front desk are super nice and informative. The waiting room/front desk is always very presentable. They even have a nice selection of teas while you wait :) Heather took care of my facial. She was super informative and knowledgeable about all of the products that were available. She even made suggestions about other products I should try (I have sensitive skin). My face is totally glowing :) Kayla took care of my massage. I had her as a massage therapist the first time I went; I was very happy I got to see her again. She remembered my issues that I brought up before (arthritis) and catered to it very well! She was able to hammer out all if my knots! In between my services I was offered a robe, slippers, and a bag for my items so I didn't have to re-dress and undress. I had a chance for more tea and a bathroom break (very important). I will always highly suggest Hand and Stone at Southlands. I was so well taken care of both times, even by other staff members not taking care of my appointment. I'm glad I bought a membership; so worth it! Excellent service ALL AROUND! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone. The front area was relaxed and comfortable. I was well taken care of and felt very relaxed even before the massage. My theripist was great. She listened to what I asked and was very skilled. I feel much better and was very impressed with this place!
