I enjoyed a fabulous experience at Beverly Hills! Krisy gave a high quality facial and I left feeling amazing. I was curious about the process and wanted to converse (my personal preference), so she was careful to share with me extensive knowledge and insight on the products and process. However, I'm confident that she's experienced enough to customize the service for guests who prefer a quiet facial. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and professional. I recommend Beverly Hills to new guests and I'll definitely look forward to going back.

I was very happy once I walked in this Glamorous Relaxing Spa it was very clean and beautiful the customer service was one on one and the products felt amazing, I didn't feel rushed as the therapist took her time and went above and beyond my expectations, she mentioned she had 12 years experience so I felt I was in good hands and the price I was shocked it was so reasonable yet the service was Awesome. I had a Facial, Massage, and a Pedicure I will definatly be back and recomend this nice place to my friends.

If you don't want to have your appointment given away or receive rude text messages from the spa owner then STAY AWAY!!! The owner of this salon is extremely rude and unprofessional! After making and confirming nail appointments for myself and my bridal party to get mani/pedis, we received a call that our appointment was no longer available. I suspect they gave our appointment to someone else because we all planned to use Groupons. They wanted us to reschedule for Saturday morning, but this wouldn't work since that was the day of the wedding. My sister called them back to let them know that Saturday wouldn't work. The owner flipped out, made extremely rude comments and hung up on my sister. She then proceeded to text my sister extremely rude comments including, "Good luck finding someone else to do your nails this short of notice". Well my friend, we did find nail appointments, and we were treated with respect and ACTUAL customer service (something you could take a lesson or two in).

I accidentally stumbled upon this awesome day spa. I was looking for teeth whitening and their name popped up. When I called they gave me a list a mile long of services they offered and told me that locals get 50% off on Tuesday's, I didn't know quite what to expect because there were no reviews on line. I have to say that I was VERY impressed. My husband and I went in on a Tuesday to get the locals discount of course, he got a 1 HR deep tissue massage and I had some waxing and teeth whitening done. My husband said the massage was great and was very pleased with the waxing too. As far as the teeth go, they look AWESOME!!!! They lightened up about 4 shades!! I do recommend that if you are going in to have it done for the first time you break it up into two sessions. My bottom lip got a little sore on the 2nd session so I came back the following day and had the 3rd session. Overall this place is a great little day spa. I hope to use more of their services in the near future and will definitely be buying gift certificates for Christmas gifts!
