**********STAY AWAY FROM RHONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been to the Salon a number of times before because they are the only place in the area that sold Mixed Chicks. I was doing research trying to find someone in my area that knew how to cut curly hair, well to my surprise Glow had just brought on a new stylist that had rave review.... After this DEBACLE that I'm about to tell I realize it must have been friends and family not actual clients writing those reviews. Well I went in with photos in hand of exactly what I wanted and Rhonda assured me over and over again she could do it, again I should have none better when she was asking another stylist Peggy for advise on the color but I figured OK color isn't her expertise, cutting curly hair is. We proceeded with the color and long story short she turned my roots blond and then processed my hair four times trying to fix it. I had to go back the next day and ask someone to fix the catastrophe on my head and they tried their best. And yes even after all that I stupidly let Rhonda cut my hair. I know, stupid! and to my surprise she chopped inches off my curly hair and it was lopsided Oh yes it wasn't even all one length. And yet again I went back for one of the other ladies to now fix the cut. Needless to say I've never gone back there and its a shame because the other woman there are great but why the salon would pick up such a poor excuse for a curly hair expert and hair stylist for that matter. And to think she said Glow found her and asked her to work for them, yeah right! I truly hope not. *****So PLEASE if you go to this salon, for god sake do not make an appointment with Rhonda***** If you need photos I have them and I even have a photo of Rhonda in rollers while the other stylist is trying to fix my hair. Very professional, Don't you think?

Raquel is AMAZING! I've been visits Raquel for about 6 months. I like her professionalism and her quality of work. I'm natural and she takes really good care of the my hair. I would highly recommend visiting her!

While I was waiting for my relaxer, I was offered a free minifacial and a glass of red wine, which I definitely did not expect. I have already recommended Glow to many of my friends, and some of them will be getting gift certificates too!
